Also being sold by the company super-serving African American media consumers are three FM translators that comprise the “Praise” Black Gospel service.
Now, the transaction — brokered by Michael J. Bergner of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Bergner & Co. — is complete, giving ownership of the station to Beasley Media Group.
