Bible Broadcasting Network is presently the licensee of an FM translator serving Clovis, N. Mexico. Another licensee is the owner of an FM translator in San Angelo, Tex. Pending FCC approval, they’ll swap these 250-watt facilities.
With BBN represented by Gary Smithwick of Smithwick & Belendiuk and John C. Trent of Putbrese, Hunsacker & Trent serving as the legal counsel for the other party, Grace Community Church of Amarillo is poised to get K210EB from BBN.
In return, BBN will get from Grace K213EW.
There is no cash consideration in the proposed deal.
K210EB is at present silent under an STA that requires it to resume broadcasts by October 28.
