Baker served with NBCU in numerous capacities up until last year.

“I look forward to joining the Board of Directors of IMOH Inc. and working with the combined organization’s strong management team to maximize the growth opportunities ahead,” said Mr. Adelstein. “The combination of the two companies will create a robust multi-platform leader in the outdoor category and I am excited to leverage my decades of experience and help drive it forward.”

The merger is expected to be completed sometime during the present quarter. Baker and Adelstein bring the number of board members up to nine.
