Don’t look now, but Halloween displays are already being seen at some retailers. Ahead of that event, however, is the return of kids to school. In some parts of the U.S., this is poised to occur next week.
Two retailers are likely aware of this, and are using Spot TV to bump up back-to-school register receipts.
