Audacy Shares Finish Thursday At 18 Cents

Audacy Corp., the audio content creation and distribution company that owns a group of radio stations, is invested in podcasting and has the eponymous Audacy streaming audio app saw its stock price fall to a fresh record low on Thursday.


On heavy volume of 1.87 million shares, AUD, which trades on the NYSE and awaits a likely delisting due to its failure to close at $1 for several months, finished at $0.18.

In immediate after-hours trading, shares improved to $0.1890.

Still, the decline in share value is punishing for Audacy, which saw its shares valued at $3.07 one year ago and will release its Q4 and full-year 2022 financial results on March 15.

Four analysts presently track Audacy. The EPS estimate for Q4 2022 is at $0.07, on revenue of $344.12 million.
