For more than four decades, the Westgate Resort Hotel — formerly the Las Vegas Hilton — has played host to the low-power TV industry association’s “LPTV Reception” held in concert with the annual NAB Show.
A change is in store for 2022.
This year, with non-NAB events filling the booking calendar at the Westgate, the popular event has been moved to the other side of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Specifically, the event will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center.
A full day of workshops and roundtables are planned by the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance (ATBA), with the all-day affair scheduled for April 25. Details are forthcoming.
