ATSC President Madeleine Noland addressed recent concerns around the deployment of ATSC 3.0, also known as NEXTGEN TV, following a brief filing by LG Electronics with the FCC. LG Electronics has decided to halt the inclusion of ATSC 3.0 electronics in its 2024 U.S. television product line due to a pending patent dispute.
