With “American Idol” in high gear, it’s pretty much a given that Fox is going to win the Nielsen ratings in the 18-49 demo, where Idol claimed the top three spots for the week. But CBS won in Households, although Tuesday’s Idol was still the #1 show.
In HH overall it was CBS with a 6.9 rating and 12 share, Fox 5.5/9, ABC 4.2/7, NBC 4.0/7, Univision 1.7/3, CW 1.2/2, Ion 0.7/1, Telemundo 0.6/1, TeleFutura 0.5/1, Azteca America 0.1/0 and – making its debut in the national Nielsen ratings – Estrella TV was also at 0.1/0 (although it had a slightly larger audience than Azteca)
For 18-49 Fox was at 3.4/10, CBS 2.8/8, ABC and NBC 2.1/6, Univision 1.2/4, CW 0.8/2, Telemundo 0.5/2, TeleFutura 0.4/1, Ion 0.3/1 and Estrella TV and Azteca America 0.1/0.
