Another SoFla LPFM Goes Way Beyond Its Allowed Wattage

FORT LAUDERDALE — On Tuesday (4/22), the FCC issued a Notice of Violation to the licensee of a low-power radio station serving a portion of South Florida as part of “The Voice of the Caribbean” for far exceeding its licensed power output.


It is now known that a simulcast partner, owned by a different licensee, has been fingered for committing the same violation.
