Another Big Week At Spot Cable For BK

The QSR that wants you to “have it your way” has a way with getting its messaging out to the public. For the month of July, that very much involves a big Spot Cable campaign, the latest data from Media Monitors show.

For the week ending July 13, Burger King was No. 1 by Spot Play, with more than 100,000 commercials detected by iHeartMedia-owned Media Monitors.

But, there was a close No. 2, and it is Harbor Freight, which has grown its business exponentially over the last decade to become a formidable competitor to Ace Hardware, True Value Hardware, Lowe’s and The Home Depot.

Other brands actively using Spot Cable include Safelite auto glass repair; and paint brand Sherwin-Williams.

Again, the Spot TV portrait is a little different when it comes to advertising activity. Burger King is not present, but QSR rivals Wendy’s and McDonald’s are. Meanwhile, Sensodyne and Allstate are particularly active as accident attorney specialist Morgan & Morgan is again the No. 1 by spot play count.
