WASHINGTON, D.C. — It took less than 15 minutes, but the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation has moved forward with the approval of four Biden Administration nominations for Commissioner seats at the FCC and one National Transportation Safety Board Member.
That said, there were plenty of “no” votes from Republicans and Democrats for Anna Gómez, who seeks the fifth and vacant FCC Commissioner’s chair, and for incumbent Commissioners Brendan Carr and Geoffrey Starks.
