In the last two years, a “Secret Millionaire” featured in a March 2011 episode of the now-concluded ABC reality television series was involved in the purchase and subsequent sale of radio properties in South Florida.

Now, Marc Paskin is investing in a FM radio station with a signal covering the entire Hawaiian island of O’ahu.

In a transaction agreed to on Tuesday (3/26) and submitted late Thursday with the FCC for its regulatory approval, Paskin is agreeing to purchase KNAN-FM 106.7 in Nanakuli, Hawaii, from Big D Consulting Inc.

Big D is led by Donald Hildre, and is co-located with Las Vegas-based independent broadcaster Kemp Communications.

With Francisco Montero of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth as Paskin’s legal counsel, a $500,000 purchase price was agreed to for the FM. A $25,000 deposit has been made by Paskin to Big D, with the remaining funds paid in cash at closing.

There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction.

It is uncertain as to what Paskin’s plans are for KNAN.
