‘Ohana Media Group may have a Hawaiian name, but the company operates radio stations on the U.S. mainland — including six radio stations serving Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley of Alaska.
As of September 1, these station will have a new Vice President/GM.
Earning the promotion at KBYR-AM 700, KBBO-FM 92.9, KFAT-FM 92.9, KXLW-FM 96.3, KMBQ-FM 99.7, and KRAK-FM 102.1 is Cat Okegawa.
Okegawa will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of those stations while also continuing to provide direct leadership to the company’s sales division, aligning programming, operations, community engagement, and revenue strategy across the organization.
Okewaga joined Ohana Media Group as an Account Executive in 2024, rising to Local Sales Manager. She reports to Ohana Media Group President/CEO Scott Lindahl.
