Meredith, who gained full control of Powell Meredith Communications Company in a 2009 divorce settlement, is selling a 40-watt FM translator serving an Arizona community to the northwest of Phoenix.
The facility is at 92.1 MHz in Wickenburg, Ariz., K221GE, and it is being dealt to Catz & Dawgs LLC, operated by Carolyn Parthe.
A Form 345 filing was made on Friday morning by Meredith.
The purchase price is $15,000, with a $5,000 deposit paid by Parthe.
The permit for K221GE was granted in Auction 83, which opened in 2003. The station was granted some 13 years later, and had been tolled through 2021.
