A major infusion of radio stations is headed for the Larry Wilson’s Alpha Media portfolio as its long-rumored acquisition of Dean Goodman’s Digity LLC has been announced. Broker: George Reed, Media Services Group (buyer).
The deal, involving 116 stations in 26 markets,will nearly double the size of Alpha.
