Alpha Media has closed on its purchase of 36 Morris Radio stations.
The price was $38.25 million.
The stations are located in these markets: Topeka and Salina, Kansas, Amarillo, Palm Springs, Anchorage, Wasilla, Alaska, Grays Harbor-Hoquiam, Wash. and Wenatchee-Columbia River, Wash. The purchase was originally announced in May. When all pending deals close, Alpha Media will own a total of 252 radio stations.
Media Services Group’s George Reed was the broker for Alpha.
