ABC’S “ALL MY CHILDREN” & “ONE LIFE TO LIVE” NOW AVAILABLE ON ABC.COM’S FULL EPISODE PLAYER


Dedicated to expanding its network and channel brands across multiple platforms and connecting viewers with their favorite shows anytime and anywhere, Disney/ABC Television Group will add the long-running ABC Daytime dramas “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” to the ABC.com online video player beginning today, Tuesday, December 15.

The most recent five shows of each program will be available in the player, with the most current broadcasts of both series available for online viewing by 4:00 p.m. PT, the same day they air ABC.

“We are pleased to bring ‘All My Children’ and ‘One Life to Live’ to ABC.com, making our entire daytime lineup available on the Full Episode Player,” said Brian Frons, president, Daytime, Disney ABC Television Group.  “As ‘All My Children’ enters its 40th anniversary in January, it’s a fitting time to make the series available online to reach the next generation of fans while we embrace our current viewers. ABC.com is a proven platform that not only gives our existing viewers more access to our shows, but is a great way to introduce a new audience to these shows.”

Users will also be able to access episodes of “One Life to Live” and “All My Children” through the recently redesigned SOAPnet.com via a link to the video player on the site’s “One Life to Live” and “All My Children” section. “All My Children” and “One Life to Live” join “The View” and “General Hospital,” which launched on ABC.com’s Full Episode Player in January. 

ABC.com’s Full Episode Player delivers a high-quality viewing experience to users and premium to advertisers, attracting a young, highly educated and loyal audience. ABC.com’s new Expert Commentary feature allows viewers of the site’s Full Episode Player the opportunity to experience insights from the stars of ABC’s series and specials, as well as producers, writers, directors, production and costume designers, music supervisors and network executives, among others.
