In late February, an application was filed with the FCC for the approval of the transfer of a radio station licensed to Woodland, Calif., serving the Sacramento market, from Results Radio LLC to an operator of Spanish-language radio stations with a large Golden State footprint.
On Tuesday, that company, led by Alfredo Plascencia, completed its purchase.
While broker Kalil & Co. did not release the purchase price for the FM, it is now known.
