Darrel Wampler’s International Aerospace Solutions Inc. has a $125K deal to get into the radio business. It’s buying KTHO-AM in South Lake Tahoe CA from Live Wire Media Partners. Wampler will come up with cash beforehand and at closing, but will pay the bulk of the price via a $100K promissory note. An LMA will be in place until closing.
