NEW YORK — Full service audio advertising sales company AdLarge has hired a Director of National Digital Partnerships. She brings a wealth of expertise in digital media and strategic brand partnerships to her new position at the company and its podcast network, “the fwd. network.”

With over 16 years of experience, Jess Mott (née Sciadone) has established herself as a force in digital advertising and marketing software, the AdLarge team says. “Her impressive career spans major enterprise organizations like Pandora, GoFundMe, Salesforce, and Yelp and trailblazing start-ups such as Takumi and Metadata,” the company notes.

At Pandora, Mott was instrumental in transforming a dormant business portfolio into a roster of significant accounts, including Prudential, L’Oreal, Kohl’s, Farmers Insurance, H&M, and Reckitt Benckiser.

Mott reports to AdLarge EVP of Audio Sales Robin Sloan, who said, “Her extensive experience and success in driving revenue growth and fostering strategic partnerships will be invaluable as we expand our digital capabilities.”

Mott commented, “I am absolutely thrilled to join Cathy Csukas, Robin Sloan, and the incredibly talented team at AdLarge and the fwd. network. Finding a company and a team of experts that align so seamlessly with my values and aspirations makes this an ideal fit. I’m excited to reconnect with my audio roots and contribute to the continued success.”
