The station is WRNP-AM Attleboro MA.
The gift-giver is The ADD Radio Group Inc., headed by President Peter J. Arpin.
Receiving the station is Attleboro Access Cable Systems Inc., headed by President Edward R. Stanton.
Both are non-profit entities.
Although no money is changing hands, ADD stipulated in the contract that it may have the station appraised for tax purposes.
WRNP-AM is a Class B on 1320 kHz with 5 kW-U, DA2. The station is oriented to the north of Providence, and the primary contour covers about half of the market.
