A Starry WV Trio Is Transferred To The Owner’s Estate

An AM/FM combo and an FM translator in West Virginia are being shifted from the company that has owned them to the estate of its owner.

This has been done as a result of the September 2017 death of the company’s majority shareholder, Lawrence D. Koenig. His widow is overseeing the estate — and thus few changes, if any, are expected at these stations.

It’s the top item for discussion in RBR+TVBR‘s TRANSACTIONS TODAY, which also sees the closing of a TV station acquired by Entravision Communications.
