He brings more than 25 years of experience in non-profit and Christian ministry leadership, and will serve in a key donor development and fundraising role for a Houston religious broadcasting entity founded with a single radio station more than 60 years ago.
Taking the post of Sr. VP of Development at KHCB Media Group is Vance Frusher.
A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, his career includes pastoral ministry, international missions leadership, and donor development for Christian organizations. Most recently, he served as Director of Advancement for TeachBeyond, where he led major gift development strategies and cultivated partnerships with churches and nonprofit organizations.
As Senior Director of Development, Frusher will lead KHCB’s fundraising and donor engagement strategies, with a particular emphasis on cultivating relationships with major donors, strengthening donor retention, and creating new opportunities for ministry supporters to participate in KHCB’s continued growth.
