The buyer is Gold Standard Broadcasting, which is paying $20,000 for the facility.
While the transaction was agreed upon at the end of 2021, a filing was just made with the Commission for its approval.
A $3,000 deposit has been made by Gold Standard; the remainder will be honored by a Promissory Note. Terms call for payments of $472.22 per month for 36 months.
