A RAB Virtual Gathering To Offer Best Practices for Broadcasters


As part of the Radio Advertising Bureau’s Business Unusual initiative, the RAB is busily preparing for its next presentation in its “Open for Business” live-video series.

On tap for July 22 at 1pm Eastern: a live video presentation featuring a panel of broadcasters, brand marketers and the Chief Program Officer for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

The session, titled “Open for Business with Purpose,’ will feature the nonprofit executive, Maureen Carlson, appear along with the following individuals:

  • Whitney McChane, VP of Marketing Communications, International Dairy Queen
  • Quinton Martin, Chief of Staff in the Office of the President and VP/Community Marketing for Coca-Cola North America
  • Roxanne Marati, VP of Sales for Entercom Communications/Denver
  • Sean Shannon, VP/Market Manager, Cumulus Media/Atlanta

The presentation includes a Q&A session moderated by RAB President/CEO Erica Farber.

“There has never been a more important time for businesses and brands to bond with radio audiences based on shared needs, interests, and the pursuit of making lives better,” the RAB says. “In this presentation, panelists will share best practices for how broadcasters can continue to make a difference in their communities and enhance their businesses.”
