It’s a Class A station that meshes the syndicated Rick and Bubba program with a mix of Country singles and Contemporary Christian Music that is the home to “Positive Country.”
Soon, this FM west of Cape Girardeau, Mo., will be the property of Fred Dockins and his Missouri-based radio broadcasting company.
An agreement has been signed that sees Dockins Broadcast Group agree to purchase KCGK-FM 104.1 in Marble Hill, Mo., from Pure Word Broadcasting.
A $125,000 purchase price has been agreed upon; a $25,000 earnest money deposit has been paid to Pure Word.
The remainder will be paid in cash, with $50,000 going to “Pure Word Communications” and the remainder going to Pure Word Communications.
The seller’s group is headed by Gary Brothers.
