For the past nine years, she’s been GSM of a cluster of stations in Charlotte owned today by Beasley Media Group.
As of March 9, she is now GSM of the Atlanta radio stations owned by Cox Media Group.
In her new position, Beth Nifong will be responsible “for fostering high performance team growth, driving new business revenue streams and leading the development of creative advertising campaigns designed to be executed across multiple media platforms.”
Nifong will partner with the team of Sales Managers at WSB-AM & WSBB-FM, WSB-FM “B98.5,” WSRV-FM 97.1 “The River,” and WALR-FM “Kiss 104.1.”
She comes to Atlanta after transitioning Beasley’s six-station Charlotte group from former owner CBS Radio.
Nifong joined the stations in August 2011 following her graduation from Appalachian State University, as an Account Executive. She was promoted to GSM in December 2018.
