A New Director of Community Affairs & News Is Named At WJR

Cumulus Media’s News/Talk WJR-AM in Detroit has a new Director of Community Affairs & News, and it is a woman who spent twenty of her 40 years in broadcasting at the station.


Marie Osborne previously worked as a Senior News Analyst for the spoken word station serving the Motor City.

Cumulus Detroit/Ann Arbor Regional Vice President/Market Manager Steve Finateri calls Osborne “one of Michigan’s most respected broadcasters. Her high standards for broadcasting integrity have earned her this important role with WJR, helping us to maintain our brand as Michigan’s most trusted media outlet serving listeners throughout the Great Lakes region.”
