An asset purchase agreement has been filed with the FCC for its approval that sees a 1kw Class C AM serving Eastern Washington’s largest metropolitan area change hands. Once the deal is consummated, Keith Shipman will officially expand his equity interest in radio stations to another market in the Pacific Northwest.
