Aaron Ishmael has gained attention for his ownership of radio stations in the Adirondack Region of New York. Now, his company has agreed to purchase an AM radio station in the Garden State, along with its two all-important FM translators.
SNJ TODAY INC. has signed off on the sale of WSNJ-AM 1240 in Bridgeton, N.J., and FM translators W260BW at 99.9 MHz in Swedesboro, N.J., and W289CY at 105.7 MHz in Millville, N.J.
The facilities largely serve the Vineland, N.J. area, in Southern New Jersey.
The Ishmael-led Loud Media is acquiring the facilities, and is paying $225,000 to the seller. A $22,500 deposit has been made by Ishamel. The remainder is due at closing.
