For its entire prior incarnation under the ownership of Steve Kingston, an Adult Alternative FM serving Maryland’s state capital couldn’t penetrate homes and car radios inside the Beltway, and the larger Washington, D.C. marketplace directly west on U.S. 50. Now reborn under new ownership, and using a different on-air home in Annapolis, the WRNR brand has finally made its move to bring its unique programming to the National Capital region.
