A unit of Ford Motor Credit Company on Thursday afternoon asked the bankruptcy judge presiding over Cumulus Media‘s Chapter 11 reorganization bid to modify an automatic stay of funds owed to the radio broadcast company’s creditors.
Why? It wants its leased SUV back so a Western New York Ford dealer can sell it.
