A Consent Decree Resolves ‘OPIF’ Snafu For N.J. Noncomm

A noncommercial Class A FM serving the state capital of New Jersey has entered into a Consent Decree with the FCC’s Media Bureau to resolve an ‘OPIF’ compliance issue that arose when it sought to renew its license with the Commission.
