A Bigger Board for Allen Media Group

LOS ANGELES — Allen Media Group is expanding its board of directors from its original three members to a new total of nine board members.


Originally called Entertainment Studios when it was founded in 1993, the original board of directors for AMG was comprised of company founder and Chairman/CEO Byron Allen; Carolyn Folks, Allen’s mother; and Chief Operating Officer Terence Hill.

Now, joining them on the AMG board are:

· Janice Arouh —  President, Network Distribution

· Mark DeVitre — EVP/General Counsel

· Eric Gould — EVP/Chief Investment Officer 

· Sydnie Karras —VP/Chief Accounting Officer

· Chris Malone — Chief Financial Officer

· Andy Temple — Chief Operating Officer for Broadcast Sales & Syndication
