Tom Klein’s and Jim Lorenzen’s BAS Broadcasting Inc. just closed on a collection of Ohio radio stations bought from Clear Channel, and this one is being sent packing to yet another new owner. The new buyer is Dan Dudley and his Toledo Radio LLC. According to Patrick Communications broker Greg Guy, the price is $1M cash. North Baltimore is listed as a Toledo community by BIAfn – it’s about 25 miles due south.
