George Arroyo Jr. has decided to donate a Class B AM serving a portion of the Orlando market. The entity getting it?
“We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning and enlightenment,” it says, adding that its mission is to “empower individuals with knowledge that transcends boundaries, cultivating curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the world around us.”
This programming will soon be heard on WLBE-AM 790 in Leesburg-Eustis, Fla., a 5kw daytime/1kw nighttime facility with a tower situated between Tavares and Leesburg.
Arroyo’s Q-Broadcasting Corp. is saying goodbye to the station, which resumed operations in May 2026 after more than three months under Special Temporary Authority to remain silent.
Getting WLBE, pending regulatory approval of the donation, is Insight Flow Inc.
That’s a Central Florida-based entity with one-third voting rights held by Araceli, Lawrence and Raymond Bornacelli, respectively.
WLBE’s format history includes Oldies, Country and a regional Mexican presentation.
