With Brad Deutsch of Foster Garvey representing the buyer and David Burns and Sally Buckman of Lerman Senter PLLC serving as the legal counsel for the seller, paperwork has been submitted to the FCC for its review and expected approval that will allow the radio station ownership group founded by the retiring Ed Levine to sell them to a company formed in the late 1980s by an automotive group head.
