When Connoisseur Media agreed to merge with Alpha Media in a transaction that was largely fueled by a debt-assumption agreement, it was understood that several Alpha properties deemed non-essential to the company founded and led by CEO Jeff Warshaw would be sold. Add a Class A facility serving a portion of Western Maryland and neighboring Chambersburg and Waynesboro, Pa., to that divestment list.
