A key provider of streaming, digital, data, graphics and officiating products and services for media, entertainment, and sports has announced a series of key senior leadership moves that it believes will enable it to extend its market leadership and impact in the Americas and Europe.

This sees Deltatre create an executive committee with new and expanded roles:

  • Gonçalo Luiz becomes Chief Technology Officer and now leads Deltatre’s product engineering, including roadmap delivery across all products.
  • Gilles Mas becomes Chief Operating Officer, taking company-wide responsibility for delivery, support, operations, and project engineering.
  • Alex Gruber’s role as Chief Product Officer expands. In addition to Product, Gruber will take on responsibility for the Design organization within Deltatre, covering all product and project design teams.
  • Neda Scrini becomes Chief People and Transformation Officer, expanding her existing People remit to include responsibility for driving large-scale business change programmes across Deltatre.
  • James Van Kralingen is promoted to SVP Group Strategy and joins the Executive Committee, leading global strategy, corporate development, and M&A.

Additionally, Deltatre’s Revenue team is expanding. Peter Bellamy, Chief Revenue Officer at Deltatre, said, “As we grow, we’re adding two strategic roles that will ensure our existing and incoming partners all benefit from the attention, focus, and quality of collaborative relationships we are known for.”

This sees Chris Drake join as Sr. VP of Media & Entertainment for the Americas. He was previously Chief Revenue Officer at Wowza and, prior to that, SVP and Global Head of Sales & Revenue at Quickplay. He has also held senior roles at Verizon Media, Telestream, Comcast Technology Solutions, thePlatform, and RealNetworks.

Drake will work alongside Alex Drosin as Beau Decker becomes VP/Account Management for the Americas. Decker initially joined Deltatre as VP, Head of Strategy & Growth Services. Prior to this, he spent over nine years at Endeavor, where he built an audience development practice and scaled subscriber acquisition and retention for leading sports and media properties.

The news follows the recent appointment of Marc Watson as CEO, the acquisition and integration of Endeavor Streaming in 2025, and the June 2026 launch of Deltatre NEXUS – a product that brings together live and on-demand video, editorial, data, ticketing, gamification and more into a single hybrid OTT and editorial experience across web, mobile, and connected TV.
