Some 111 local broadcast TV stations owned by Gray Media will now be able to distribute their local news and other station-originated programming to the nation, via the free streaming television platform owned by Allen Media Group.

The stations are now on Local Now, which now boasts approximately 600 free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel choices and some 370 standalone local news channels as part of that mix.

With Gray’s stations included, Local Now now has news representation from all 210 DMAs across the U.S.

Byron Allen, who serves as Local Now Chairman/CEO within his AMG unit, commented, “Our partnership with Gray Media ensures our viewers can stay connected to real-time news, weather, and sports that matter most to them wherever they may be. Between our broadcast partner network and our proprietary hyper-local technology, Local Now remains committed to delivering premium, trusted local journalism to every community in America, entirely for free.”
