It’s a media company comprised of members of the famed Ingstad family, long-known as broadcasters in the Upper Midwest. Pending FCC approval, it will become the new owner of an AM with an FM translator and its full-power FM sibling serving the city of Jamestown, N. Dakota.
Chesterman Communications Jamestown Inc. is agreeing to sell KSJB-AM & K261FC and KSJZ-FM in Jamestown, N.D.
The buyer is i3G Media, which is led by CEO Tallie Colville on behalf of other Ingstad family members.
With Dawn Sciarrino of Sciarrino & Shubert serving as the buyer’s legal counsel, and Beth Griffin of Griffin Media Partners acting as the broker representing Chesterman, terms call for a $400,000 purchase price.
An earnest money deposit of $20,000 has been paid by i3G Media.
Excluded assets include a 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir used by the stations at present.
