An independent broadcast intelligence and research organization specializing in market analysis, ownership intelligence, acquisition research, geospatial mapping, strategic planning, and broadcast industry reporting has forged a “strategic collaboration” with a radio and tower brokerage run by the son of the late media broker who he named after.
This sees Starbrook Broadcast Intelligence partner with Mahlman Radio & Tower Brokerage as part of a plan to bring expanded knowledge to AM and FM station owners.
“We’re not announcing the formation of another brokerage,” says Mahlman. “We’re announcing a new intelligence capability for the broadcast industry that combines strategic market research, geospatial analysis, and brokerage expertise to help owners and buyers identify acquisition and divestiture opportunities before they become widely known.”
Together, the organizations seek to provide strategic and transaction support involving commercial and noncommercial radio stations, television stations, tower portfolios and communications infrastructure assets.
Starbrook is founded by Brooke Mitchell. With a background that includes geospatial intelligence, advanced mapping, market analysis, and strategic research supporting complex decision-making, Mitchell served in the United States Government, providing geospatial intelligence in support of multiple government programs.
