On June 30, following the FCC’s granting of the deal, Connoisseur Media completed the sale of a group of Brookings, S.D., radio stations to a local ownership group. Then came the July 13 of the new owner’s related non-biennial ownership report. While preparing an amendment to the report, an important oversight was detected.
As such, a new transfer of control application has surfaced, and it’s purely designed to correct that omission.
