Havas Media Network/North America is expanding the leadership role of the Chief Executive Officer for Noise Digital by naming him Head of CSA/North America.

It’s an appointment that comes some 27 years after Noise Digital’s creation.

Taking the post is Trevor Carr, who is being tasked with spearheading Havas’ dedicated data and technology consultancy across the region.

HMN has carved a niche with the media and entertainment industry for its advanced
data, analytics, and AI-driven services. Carr will play a leading role in building on that brand promise, while continue to lead Noise Digital, founded by Carr in 1998, and which was acquired by Havas Media Network in 2023.

“Under Carr’s direction, Noise has scaled pioneering services, productized analytics, and delivered outcomes to drive meaningful growth through convergence,” Havas notes.

HMN North America CEO Greg James comments, “CSA is about putting data and technology at the center of profitable growth. Trevor knows how to cut through complexity and
design solutions that create real commercial impact. With him leading CSA, we are continuing to empower our ability to deliver what clients need most in a changing market: clarity, control and results.”

Carr adds, “Clients deserve more than reports and recycled models. They deserve a partner obsessed with their growth. CSA was built to protect profitability and power every future state a business will face. We strip away the black boxes, deliver full transparency and flexibility, and turn data into a true engine for growth. Our model is unapologetically designed to keep clients ahead of change and ahead of their competition.”
