Three months ago, a Hispanic radio voice serving Iowa’s largest market moved to a new broadcast home. Now, it is turning a Time Brokerage Agreement into an outright purchase of the facilities.

KDLX-AM 1150 in Des Moines and FM translator partner K233BT at 94.5 MHz are being sold to KDLX Latin Broadcasting by Trinity Communications Inc.

An $810,000 price tag comes for the facilities. Terms call for a $310,000 cash payment and a delivery of a Promissory Note valued for $500,000.

A $30,000 cash deposit has been made to Trinity.

KDLX Latin Broadcasting is led by Juan Rodriguez.
