Mission Demands Deposit Refund For Failed WADL Buy

The legal counsel representing Mission Broadcasting, the privately held licensee of broadcast television stations run by Nexstar Media Group via shared services agreements, has formally demanded to Adell Broadcasting that it release a deposit made as part of the company’s now-scuttled deal to purchase WADL-38 in Mount Clemens, Mich., for $75 million.


Adell, through his own attorney, responded by pointing out “a number of inaccuracies” regarding Mission’s claims.
