On Wednesday, “local first” digital solutions and broadcast media company Townsquare Media held its 2023 annual shareholder meeting.
Three proposals were voted on at the meeting, and the results, to little surprise, were overwhelmingly in favor of what the company’s executive team led by CEO Bill Wilson recommended.
