Telos Alliance, the broadcast audio technology company headquartered in Cleveland, is celebrating a high honor from the National Association of Broadcasters.
Its Axia Altus virtual mixing console has received a 2023 NAB Show Product of the Year Award in the Remote Production category.
The official awards program recognizes some of the most significant and promising new products and technologies showcased by exhibitors at the NAB Show.
Altus brings the power and features of a traditional console to desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones — including full-function mixing and Telos VX phone system integration. It allows distributed and remote workforces to collaborate on recorded programs and live broadcasts, including contribution audio and monitoring. “Altus is ideal for any situation where fast deployment is needed, such as setting up a temporary studio, building a low-cost disaster recovery center, or quickly launching a remote broadcast,” the company shares.
NAB Show Product of the Year Award Winners were selected by a panel of industry experts in 15 categories and announced in a live awards ceremony at NAB Show on April 18.
To be eligible for an award, nominated products had to come from companies exhibiting at the 2023 NAB Show and be delivered within the 2023 calendar year.
