It’s a commercially licensed Class A FM with a .org website serving Vermont’s city of Rutland with Country and Americana music as “Mud Radio.”
Soon, those in charge of the programming will have the security of knowing that their home will not be changing anytime soon.
That’s because Mud Radio is buying WEXP-FM 101.5 in Brandon, Vt., from Woodchuck Radio for $30,000.
That’s the entity led by Steve Cormier, who is yielding ownership of WEXP to Chip Morgan and his team at Radio Operations International.
Serving as Mud Radio’s legal counsel in the deal is David O’Neil of Rini O’Neil.
