Remembering The Legends Of Montana Broadcasting

TUCSON — It was early in 2010 when a long-time husband and wife ownership team, Wally and Donna Peel, thought it would be a good idea to commemorate people they had worked with for many years.

The Peels handed master control for KBLL-12 in Helena, the capital of Montana, during the 1960s. The station today is KTVH-DT.

Their idea was discussed with several colleagues, managers, engineers, news writers, producers, directors and the air talent — along with anyone else with any history of radio or TV broadcasting involvement throughout the state. Today, we recall their legacy.
